Snippets allows specialists to create quick application of common phrases or information.
There are two ways to add a new Snippet:
To add a new Snippet on the web platform:
- On the left panel on your dashboard, click "Snippets."
- On the right-hand side, click “New Snippet."
- Title your new Snippet
- Enter the text you wish to populate
- Click “Add to snippets”
You may also edit or delete your Snippet:
To add a new Snippet while responding to a case:
- Under the "Discussion" section of the consult, click “+ Snippet."
- Click “ Add new snippet."
