RubiconMD App
In the fall of 2019, we sent an email about upcoming changes to the RubiconMD mobile experience. When speaking with our clinician community, the most relevant mobile needs related to adding attachments to eConsults and receiving mobile notifications for eConsult updates. We now offer the mobile uploader and text opt-in capabilities to meet those needs and enable a more secure and seamless eConsult experience.
In January 2020, in an effort to promote these new capabilities, we removed our native iPhone and Android applications from the App Store. These applications no longer reflected the most up-to-date experience, and we encourage you to try out the mobile browser experience, mobile uploader, and text opt-in.
If you have any questions about these changes, please contact support@rubiconmd.com.
