Learn about our Patient Profiles and Registry

You can now view and manage existing patients or add new ones from the Patient Registry. This gives you centralized access to:

• View a full list of patients in one place.
• Search by name or DOB to find who you're looking for.
• View a patient's profile along with their full eConsult history.
• Create a new eConsult from a patient profile.
   

You can make a new Patient two ways:

One Way:

You can create a new patient profile from the eConsult page.

1. Create a new eConsult
2. On the eConsult page, add new Patient
   
3. Add the patient Name, DOB, MRN, and Sex
4. Click Add Patient

Patients created from an eConsult page will also be listed in the Registry.
 

Second Way:

You can make a new patient profile from the Registry page.

1. On the left hand side of your dashboard, head to the Patients tab
   
2. On the upper right hand side, click '+ New Patient'
   
3. Add in your patient information
4. Click Add Patient

In the Patient Registry, you are able to click into your patient and see all the eConsults submitted. You can also search for patients within the registry by name and DOB. 

Only users with submitting permissions can add and edit patients to the registry.
