Why can I only see some specialist’s names?
- Our platform is currently releasing specialties on a rolling basis. Our first release will be released on May 10th, 2023. Please stay tuned for additional releases.
Can I contact the specialist outside of RubiconMD?
- Please refer to our Terms of Service. As a user of the platform, you must communicate within the platform and avoid contacting specialists outside of it.
Can I request a particular specialist?
- Our specialist availability is variable and may be dependent on many external factors. The consults will remain randomized to ensure a timely response.
Why does a specialist sit on multiple specialty panels?
- All of our specialists have undergone credentialing and an extensive review in an effort to align their training with our available specialties and subspecialties. Please refer to our available offerings here.
