I’m new to eConsults. Where do I start?

Through RubiconMD, you have access to same-day insights from top specialists across 120 specialties and subspecialties to improve patient care.

Get started by selecting the specialty you're submitting to and filling out your eConsult form.

Use eConsults to:

• Get feedback on a differential diagnosis or care plan
• Gain insights on an interim care plan
• Help interpret a lab test or diagnostic result (ex. slightly abnormal EKG)
• Improve the quality of referrals (ex.appropriate workups)
• General questions (ex. COVID-19 patient assessment)

After you submit, you'll be notified by email of the specialist's response.

Once you review the specialist's response, you can rate and close the eConsult, ask a follow-up question, re-submit for a second opinion or submit to another speciality.
