My username and password are correct, but I can’t log in.

• To login onto the platform, please use your account email address / username and password to log in. If you have not activated your account, please click on the "Activate your account" link shown for first time primary care clinicians.  

• If you get the error message below, your username and/or password may be incorrect. 

• If your password is not working, reset your password. Once you've confirmed your email address, a password reset link will be sent to our clinic email. If you do not see the email right away, be sure to check your spam and junk folders for the password reset email. For security reasons, this email expires in 12 hours. Within these 12 hours, you will not be able to send yourself another link.
