There could be a few reasons a specialist is unable to see your attachments. Please review the following checklist:
- Check if the attachments are shown on your consult. If they are, please write to support@rubiconmd.com for us to investigate further
- If the attachments are not available, please re-upload them. There is a chance they were not successfully uploaded due to connectivity issues
