Sometimes clinicians may need to provide additional attachments or updates to old images. You may attach documents, images, lab reports, etc. to open and closed cases.
To submit follow-up attachments to a case:
- Go to your dashboard and click on the eConsult
- Depending on the status of your consult, you may need to reopen it
- On the lower-left corner, click “Add Attachment”
- You may “Drag and drop files here” or “Select files”
- Click on “Attach to eConsult”
- Add additional information on the new attachment
- Click “Submit"
