Snippets allows specialists to create quick application of common phrases or information.
There are two ways to add a new Snippet:
To add a new Snippet on the web platform:
- On your web platform dashboard, on the left-hand side, under your menu, click on “Snippets”
- On the right-hand side, click “New Snippet”
- Title your new Snippet
- Enter the text you wish to populate
- Click “Add to snippets”
To add a new Snippet while responding to a case:
- Under the "Response" section of the consult, click “Snippets"
- Click on "Create Snippet"
