Effective Janauary 1st 2025:

1. Consults with >10 pages of attachments:
   • Consults with greater than 10 pages of attachments will automatically earn
     $44 vs the standard rate of $36—no need for manual complex case requests.
     These pages are counted across all attachments, so whether it is one
     attachment with 11 pages, or 11 attachments with one page each, we will
     capture it!
2. Follow-up consults paid in full:
   • Any follow-up submitted by a PCP 10 days from your last response will be treated as a unique consult and paid at the standard $36 rate once responded to.
