I received a case more suitable for another specialty.

Sometimes cases vary in complexity and may be suited for more than one specialty. At times, you may be able to identify a better fit specialty for the clinician's question. It would be great if you could let us know when that happens. 

To decline and suggest a different specialty for a case:

• Open your new consult and click "Decline eConsult"

• Select "Wrong Specialty"

After choosing Wrong Specialty, you will be prompted to help identify the proper specialty. Your suggestion may help the clinician get a proper and quicker response. If you are unsure which specialty is best, you can click the "Click Here" button under the Wrong Specialty header.
