We know that sometimes it is not possible to respond to every case that is assigned to you. Therefore, the platform allows you to decline a case. You may decline a case and let us know if you are unavailable, if a case was assigned to the wrong speciality, if there was no clear consultative question, or maybe you just don't have the expertise to answer this particular case.
There is no penalty to declining a case. If a case requires immediate review for quality or concerns, please reach out to support@rubiconmd.com.
