I'll be away, can't respond to eConsults. Who do I notify?

You can now set your time away from the platform yourself with our Time Away Tool.

How To:

1. Sign into the RubiconMD platform
2. On the left hand side, go to Accounts

3. Select Schedule Unavailability from the menu.

   

4. Enter your upcoming date range by clicking the calendar icon on the right and click + Add.

   

If your plans change, you can use the pencil icon to adjust your dates. The trash can icon will delete your upcoming unavailability.

While you are active, you will see a green circle next to your status. When your scheduled unavailability period begins, this indicator will turn gray. You will still be able to log into the platform normally, but you will safely be marked as away.
