As a specialist, how am I compensated?

We offer two payment methods; you can opt in for check or direct deposit. If possible, we recommend direct deposit.

If you prefer check, please ensure we have the most updated mailing address. Your payment for each month's consult volume will be sent the during the following month (e.g. payment for consults completed in September will be sent in October).

Please allow 1-2 weeks for payment processing and up to one additional week for check delivery or direct deposit (depending on your bank). If you do not receive payment by the end of the month or if you have any other questions related to payment processing, please email support@rubiconmd.com and we will get back to you promptly.
