All cases assigned to you will generate an email notification. Additional, you can enable text notifications (Android or iPhone) about your cases.
To enable text message notifications:
- Login into your RubiconMD account
- Go to "Account" located in on the left hand panel
- Click "Account Settings"
- On the next page, scroll down and enter your number
- Click "Submit"
